When Premium purchases can be refunded, how to cancel, and your right of withdrawal.

These documents are published in English, and the English version is the governing text.
This policy covers paid Perco Premium purchases, operated by LightRoast Studio (KvK 98824546). It sits alongside our Terms of Service (/terms), which govern your use of Perco generally. Everything you already use in Perco for free stays free — this policy only concerns paid Premium.
Where you buy determines who handles the money, and therefore who processes a refund:
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or a subscription and receive a full refund, without giving a reason.
Because Apple is the seller of record for App Store purchases, that right is exercised with Apple: request the refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support within 14 days of the purchase, and Apple's terms set out how it is handled. If you have trouble finding the purchase or the right route, email us at billing@perco.app and we will help — although we cannot issue an App Store refund ourselves.
This does not take away any other mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time in your App Store subscription settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad). The Manage Subscription button on Perco's Premium page takes you there.
When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then does not renew. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund of the current period — you keep access until it ends.
Deleting your Perco account does not cancel your subscription. Apple bills it independently of your account with us, so if you do not want to be charged again, cancel it in your App Store settings before you delete the account.
You can switch between the monthly and yearly plans in the same App Store subscription settings. Apple decides when the switch takes effect and how any unused part of your current period is handled, and shows you this before you confirm.
A Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment. Outside of the right of withdrawal described above, and any mandatory consumer rights, Lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable because access is granted permanently at the time of purchase. Refund requests for a Lifetime purchase are decided by Apple under its terms, as with any App Store purchase. If something goes wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will help put it right.
Request refunds for App Store purchases from Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support. Apple is the seller of record and decides on the request under its own terms; we cannot process App Store refunds on your behalf.
If you need help — you cannot find the purchase, or you believe you have been charged in error — email us at billing@perco.app with the email address of your Perco account and, if you have it, the Apple receipt or order number. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
If you believe there has been an error, please contact Apple or us before starting a chargeback with your bank — a dispute is usually resolved faster that way.
We may update this policy; when changes are material we will update the effective date. Questions about a refund or cancellation? Email billing@perco.app. This policy is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
