1. What this covers

This Cookie Policy explains how Perco (LightRoast Studio, KvK 98824546) uses cookies and similar storage. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy (/privacy).

Perco loads nothing optional until you say yes. When you first visit, you can accept or reject the optional categories below, and you can change your choice at any time from the app's privacy settings. Strictly necessary and functional storage is always active because the app can't work without it.

2. Strictly necessary — always on

These keep you signed in and the app secure. Without them, Perco can't keep you logged in or honour your consent settings. They set no marketing data.

• Authentication/session cookies, set by our authentication provider (Supabase), keep you securely signed in.
• The consent cookie remembers your cookie choices so we don't have to ask on every visit.

3. Functional — always on

A small amount of storage that remembers your preferences so the app shows the right content and correct times. It does not track you across other sites.

• Language preference — remembers whether you use Perco in English or Turkish.
• Time zone — so dates and times display correctly for you.

4. Analytics — off until you opt in

With your consent, we use privacy-conscious, cookieless usage analytics (via Vercel Web Analytics) to see which features are used, so we know what to improve. It identifies visits by a rotating request hash rather than a cookie, does not store your IP address, and discards session data after 24 hours. It does not run until you opt in.

5. Session diagnostics — off until you opt in

With your consent, we use optional session recording (via Sentry) that helps us reproduce and fix bugs. What you type into fields is always masked. It is off by default and only runs after you opt in.

Separately from this optional recording, we run basic error and crash monitoring that helps keep the service working and secure. That is described in our Privacy Policy under legitimate interest and is limited to the technical data we need to detect and fix faults.

6. Cookie & storage inventory

The main items Perco stores, in the form name — provider — purpose — category — duration:

• perco_consent — Perco — remembers your cookie choices — strictly necessary — 12 months.
• sb-*-auth-token (and related) — Supabase — keeps you signed in — strictly necessary — session/persistent.
• BREWLOG_LOCALE — Perco — remembers your language — functional — 12 months.
• tz — Perco — correct date/time display — functional — 12 months.
• Vercel Web Analytics — Vercel — cookieless, aggregated usage stats — analytics (opt-in) — no cookie; request hash, 24 hours.
• Sentry session replay — Sentry — masked session recording for debugging — diagnostics (opt-in) — session-scoped.

7. Managing your choices

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies when you first visit, and change your choice at any time from the app's privacy settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, though strictly necessary cookies are needed to stay signed in. We will ask for your consent choices again after 12 months, or sooner if what we use changes materially.
